Newlyn are proud to announce that their Christmas Dinner and Dance was a charitable success, raising £1805.22 for the National Autistic Society.

London Marathon
On the 26th April 2009, John Clark, Business Development Manager decided to run/walk/crawl (catch a cab) the 26.2 Miles of the London Marathon to raise money for the Royal Marsden Cancer Campaign. He has raised over £3600.00. The money raised will be put to use on care, nursing, research and new treatment trials.

Parkex
The biggest event of the year so far was the Parkex conference which was held at the Birmingham NEC from Tuesday 21st April – Thursday 23rd April.
Parkex is Europe’s largest dedicated Parking Exhibition and just over 12,000 people attended the exhibition last month. We were very busy on our stand, making coffee for our guests and once again we had our popular Tarot Reader (Julia) with us to read our clients/prospective clients Tarot cards to see if Newlyn is in their future!
Due to the exhibition being held in Birmingham we did not get the opportunity to see as many of our London clients as we would have liked but met with Luton, Bedford, Sandwell, LB Hillingdon, South Bucks, LB Camden, Ipswich, Colchester, LB Tower Hamlets, LB Islington and Shropshire and we also met some new interesting contacts.
