Who are Newlyn?
Newlyn are a bailiff company who have been instructed
to recover a debt on behalf of our client as you failed to pay
them in the first instance. We have been instructed by our
client to enforce a Liability Order/Warrant of Execution
which has been issued by the courts. |

What does a Liability Order/Warrant of Execution authorise?

In certain instances, obtaining a warrant for arrest and appearance in court. |

You lost the right to pay the council when this went to court.
If you endeavour to pay the council you will still be liable for costs incurred for the Administration & Enforcement of the Liability Order / Warrant of Execution and may incur further
costs whilst we try to recover the outstanding monies owed. |
